General Questions
Who are you? What experience do you have?We have been in business since mid-2004 and since then have provided hundreds of TGP designs to clients worldwide. We have been designing web sites since the fifth grade and have skills ranging from design and HTML to search engine optimization and PHP coding. Each of our designs is optimized to load quickly and accurately, and our efficient HTML coding allows for easy modifications by the site owner.
What is your average turnaround time?
Basic design services are typically completed within 1-2 business days. Installation services may take several additional days, depending upon the workload involved. Pre-made templates can usually be constructed within 1 business day. Please note that your individual turnaround time will be dependent upon the project's specifications and our workload; in some cases it may take up to 7 business days to complete your order.
Do you provide design files with each completed design?
Yes we do. However we use Adobe Photoshop CS3 and occasionally some design elements may be lost when loading the file(s) using previous versions of Photoshop. Many of the fonts we use are available free from DaFont and will only be provided at the request of each client.
Payments
What payment methods do you offer?We currently accept payments via Epassporte, Western Union, Bank Wire Transfer, Check / Money Order, or Debit/Credit Card. When paying via Bank Wire Transfer or Check/M.O. expect delays: these payments can take up to two weeks to clear and your completed project won't be provided until then.
Won't you please allow my Paypal payment? Just this once?
Unfortunately no. Both our personal and business Paypal accounts have been closed for adult-related transactions, so we no longer have active Paypal accounts.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is due in full upon completion of your project. Occasionally we will require a 50-100% down payment on projects. All prices are in US dollars. The customer is responsible for any fees associated with the payment ($20 for international wire transfer, variable amount for sending a Western Union payment).
Services
Do you offer illustration and/or cartooning services?Not at this time.
Will your templates work with AutoGallery or other rotation scripts?
Yes - our templates are designed to allow for easy integration with all popular rotation scripts.
Do you offer installation services seperately from design?
Absolutely! If you've had your site designed elsewhere we can still help with installing and integrating your scripts.
I'm interested in other design services. Do you offer these?

Can you design/install an MGP or text-based site?
Certainly! The same pricing structure applies to TGP, MGP, CJ2, and text-link sites.
Will you install (Smart Thumbs, VanillaTGP, etc.) instead of Comus?
Yes, at an additional rate. Please contact us to discuss the rotation package you plan to use.
Are there additional costs related to purchasing scripts?
No! We install free skim versions of both Turbo Traffic Trader and Comus Thumbs.
Can you transfer an existing site to another host?
If you're using Comus Thumbs (or AutoGallery) and Turbo Traffic Trader we can. Contact us for specific details and pricing.
I plan to build a site in a language other than English. Can you help?
Yes, as long as you provide the necessary translations.
TGP Administration
How much effort should I anticipate putting into a TGP?To start, budget at least 3-5 hours of work importing galleries and setting up trades. We also recommend scheduling at least 30 minutes per day to manage your TGP. This includes importing and approving galleries and managing your traffic trades.
I'm new to the TGP scene - will you hold my hand?
If we've installed scripts for you, we will do our best to make sure you fully understand how to operate them. We offer a wealth of knowledge in our tutorials section covering all aspects of TGP maintenance. If you have questions don't hesitate to ask - we will do our best to accomodate your needs!
Now that I'm online, where can I buy traffic?
We recommend purchasing traffic from Traffic Out, but also use Choker Traffic, Joe's Traffic, and Traffic Holder. Traffic Out provides relatively more productive traffic (meaning each of the visitors they send you clicks more thumbs) than other sources.
Miscellaneous Questions
I purchased a design from you and have since lost it. Help!Simply contact us with the domain name and we'll do our best to replace your lost data. We have archived copies of nearly every TGP we've designed dating back to June of 2004.
What requirements must my hosting meet for installs?
Turbo Traffic Trader is a relatively universal script and only requires PHP or CGI/PERL and one MySQL database. Comus Thumbs is more intensive and requires PHP, ZEND for PHP, WGET capabilities, and ImageMagick for PHP libraries. Comus, too, requires one MySQL database, and your hosting must allow the CHMOD 777 setting. Your webserver should also support Server Side Includes.
I need hosting - who can you recommend?
